1 Introduction of Applicable Scope and Function of Equipment

 

1.1 Scope of application of equipment: Mainly used in automotive battery modules, power batteries, energy storage batteries,power tools and other application battery pack fully automated production.

1.2 It only need 3 operators to finish the process from box cell to welding, for other process after welding, it will depends on detailed configuration to decide operator quantity.

1.3 Optional scanner function,

1.4 The 4-axis Yamaha robot is used to automatically put battery pack into bracket, stable and reliable.

1.5 Adopt HIKVISION series CCD to recognize battery anode and cathode, ensure there are no mistake for polarity.

1.6 Two sets of laser are used to clean the surface stains of positive and negative electrodes of cell to ensure the welding quality.

1.7 Storage of cell in hopper mode, up to 320 PCS per gear
